During the four phases of the application process, the project is assessed by:
- A PIQ Site Coordinator during the eligibility phase;
- PIQ Management during the appraisal phase;
- The members of the PIQ Expert Committee during the pre-admission committee with the support of at least one external expert analysis;
- The members of the PIQ Expert Committee at the interview and the admissions committee.
Projects will be analysed by these stakeholders according to the following criteria:
